DAY FOUR (morning)

DAY 4 (morning)
Complex Population: 32

It's 8AM, and rather than waking naturally, you awake to the sound of an odd tone ringing through the intercom. As you wake from that deep, dreamless sleep that enforces curfew as always, Judy's voice speaks up a few moments after.

"A death has occurred. Safety Protocol 6227-A is now active."

That ominous message might prompt you to leave your room more quickly. After all, the viewing stage is open.

It seems that someone was busy during the night.

This post is for the second day as defined in the schedule. This post is for investigation and general mingling before the trial that takes place in the afternoon IC.

[It's true. He's not going to appreciate Jack's "kindness"!!]

I'm fine. [As fine as a thirteen year old can be pouring blood down his face!] Don't touch me. [Just in case Jack gets any bright ideas.] Why are you even concerned? Your own face is bleeding. Dammit.

[He touches his forehead again, unsurprised when his fingers come back bloodier than before.] Why didn't she give us any warning before doing that?!

Christ, because you're like twelve, and, weirdly, I'm concerned about kids.

[ This is why Jack calls him a turd later. Vendetta: set.

Jack doesn't acknowledge his own injury, though, even though it doesn't exactly feel great. Some people are scrambling off to get first aid kits, bandages, anything, so Jack feels relatively okay with not being one of them. He shakes his head to Ciel's question and exhales a frustrated half-sigh. ]

Hell, I don't know. Seemed like a good idea at the time? Which, hooray, we can go check out a body. Awesome. We're all happy for that.
