day one
![]() Complex Population: 35 ( October 3 - October 6 ) It's 8AM, and you wake from that deep, dreamless sleep that enforces curfew as always. There's breakfast avaliable in the cafeteria if you want it, as well as meals from 11AM-12PM and 7PM-8PM, but otherwise? The day is yours. Take your time to explore the complex, relax, and enjoy each others' company, as who knows what the next day has in store? Though as you explore, you may notice that there's a new door unlocked and a new place for you to spend the day. One of the locked doors on the second floor is now open, so residents can partake in the clean, modest gym if you're the kind to keep in shape. This post is for the first day as defined in the schedule. This post is for general mingling and CR buidling, and will not include significant plot interaction. character statuses character profiles private conversations |
commissary
[Says Alfendi, nursing a styrofoam cup that he's filled with hot water - he boiled it in the kitchen using the teapot there, but sad to say, he hasn't turned up any tea bags or tea leaves as of yet. His English sensibilities are vaguely insulted.]
[He takes a sip, before giving a shrug.]
I've found that most of those profiles are just ridiculous, though. Whoever made them was quite the jokester, so I wouldn't put too much value in them.

[ forget that it's because he is actually a Fable and something as simple as cigarette smoke wasn't going to do a thing to affect his aforementioned lungs. it was a weird skill to include when he didn't have that kind of "luxury" while here.
still, it sure as hell didn't stop him from taking pack after pack from the commissary. it's a surprise he wasn't there to get one right now. ]
I don't know. They got your identifying features right. At least some of it has to be accurate.
[ just a tap on the nose will do. ]

[He's not against a pool, necessarily, he's against not knowing what the heck is in the rest of the building. It's unnerving.]
Bigby, please. [He says, with a defeated sigh.] There's hardly any reason to push the thing, I hardly want to get too self-conscious about it, okay?
[You're already self-conscious about it, buddy.]

[ grrr. he doesn't like the mentality of just sitting around, waiting for doors to open up one by one, day by day. it's almost as frustrating as seeing
yiffingin his profile. he doesn't know what yiffing is, but he is pretty sure it is terrible just for the fact 'ing' is at the end. ]Hey, hey. Don't worry about it too much. I've seen people with worse. Much worse.
[ muuuuch worse. thanks, Ichabod Crane. asshole. ]

[Is it some kind of weird reward system? They act (mostly) nice, they get a gift of a new room? It doesn't make sense. He frowns, sipping his hot water.]
That so? Ah, well, I guess I can't really complain about it. I just have to thank my genetics that there's nothing else off about me...

[ they've only spoken to Judy so far, after all. and while he doesn't expect her to be capable of managing this all single-handedly...
expect the unexpected. ]
That's for you to know and for me to never find out.
[ he doesn't want to know if his nose equates to anything else on his body, okay. ]
no subject
[To trust her or not to trust her? He'd lean towards the latter.]
[AND WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN, BIGBY. He's just going to give him a confused look, before moving on.]
...Anyways, I find it a bit concerning that so many people seem to have weapons with them. Crossbows? Axes? Guns? I'm not sure I like the sound of that...

[ not that he would be anymore loyal if Judy was talking to them in the flesh or anything.
and dw about it, Alfendi... it's okay... your secret (or lack thereof) is safe with him. ]
Yeah. It's an odd concept to lock us in and then give a few of them weapons. Why not everyone if that's the case? And if the guns are loaded―
[ anyone remotely nervous that has one could cause some serious trouble. ]
no subject
[Is Judy likable? Yes, somewhat. Would he trust Judy as far as he could throw a dead body? Heck no.]
Perhaps we should confiscate those weapons? And then lock them somewhere to ensure that no one can retrieve them. It could help us all be safer in the long run.

[ not being able to find out where she is located is the worst part. maybe she wasn't even within the Complex. maybe she's in a remote site with her collaborators. it's undeniably frustrating.
at the question of confiscating weapons, Bigby perks a brow. it's a thought to consider, but... ] So us weaponless folk should confiscate the weapons from the people that wield them. Got a plan to backup that idea, or would we just hope everyone is willing to cooperate?
[ 'cause haha, good luck with that, as they'll come to find out...... ]
