DAY 1 Complex Population: 35 ( October 3 - October 6 ) It's 8AM, and you wake from that deep, dreamless sleep that enforces curfew as always. There's breakfast avaliable in the cafeteria if you want it, as well as meals from 11AM-12PM and 7PM-8PM, but otherwise? The day is yours. Take your time to explore the complex, relax, and enjoy each others' company, as who knows what the next day has in store? Though as you explore, you may notice that there's a new door unlocked and a new place for you to spend the day. One of the locked doors on the second floor is now open, so residents can partake in the clean, modest gym if you're the kind to keep in shape. — This post is for the first day as defined in the schedule. [...out of everything, perhaps this is the strangest thing he's encountered solely because it's so domestic.]

Are you...talking to your plants?

[ She's just trying to keep things normal okay...

When she hears him though, she's immediately flustered, spilling some of the water on the table. ]

Y-Yes... [ How embarrassing. ] Is that weird?

[Oops. Oh well. Unfortunately he doesn't look that apologetic but he's absolutely curious. After finding out that all of the plants in the atrium are fake, seeing real ones is a little surprising to him.]

Well yeah. [...well.] But maybe it's just about as weird as some of the other stuff people are doing around here. Some guy has a screaming robot following him around and he doesn't seem to mind. I just don't think I've ever seen anyone do that.

[bloodlocks]

I think in comparison... this is normal. Plants have feelings, so it's good to talk to them too.

[ I mean, screaming robot. ]

Y... You probably just haven't seen someone talk to plants because they usually do it when they're alone. [ A hand hesitantly moves up to her hand, as if she's embarrassed. ]

What would you say is... normal?

[chiseler]

I don't think I've ever heard of plants having feelings since they can't really talk back. [He's not quite making fun of her but somehow fighting monsters and all of the other weird things in his life make more sense to him than something non-sentient.]

But if I were to be caught looking like I'm talking to myself I'd do it alone, too. [He thinks for a few moments.] Everything else seems kinda normal though. They came with you here?
