DAY 1 Complex Population: 35 ( October 3 - October 6 ) It's 8AM, and you wake from that deep, dreamless sleep that enforces curfew as always. There's breakfast avaliable in the cafeteria if you want it, as well as meals from 11AM-12PM and 7PM-8PM, but otherwise? The day is yours. Take your time to explore the complex, relax, and enjoy each others' company, as who knows what the next day has in store? Though as you explore, you may notice that there's a new door unlocked and a new place for you to spend the day. One of the locked doors on the second floor is now open, so residents can partake in the clean, modest gym if you're the kind to keep in shape. — This post is for the first day as defined in the schedule. [By the time Alice had successfully wormed her way into Alice?'s place in apartment seven the night before, it was late and she was tired, so she hadn't bothered with much conversation with the roommates. She recognizes Bigby now, though, and she stands a safe distance away and watches as he hits the punching bag.

At a moment when there's even the slightest lull, he'll hear her clapping her hands together lightly.]

Wow, you're pretty strong. ♡

[puffing]

[ Bigby was hardly even aware there was a switch in his housing, what with how quick it was in the process of them waking up here. he only remembers Alice? because of the fact he nearly scared the poor boy to death for tripping over some broken cue sticks.

consider his surprise when he finds the other Alice running into him, this time the gym of all places. when he hears her compliment, Bigby pushes the bag away from him and turns, running the back of his hand along his forehead to wipe some excess sweat away. ]

Maybe. [ can't exactly deny her there. ] Punching isn't always about strength, though. Anyone can get a good hit in if you know how.

But not everyone knows how.

[She looks amused.]

And when you know how and you're strong, it's even more effective. So... [Alice eyes the punching bag for a moment or two, then returns her attention to Bigby.] What has you so worked up?

[puffing]

Well... yeah. Otherwise, fights wouldn't sometimes be called unfair.

[ he rolls his shoulders to relieve himself of any stiffness, right before nudging the punching bag with throbbing knuckles idly. ]

Honestly? For the same reason a lot of other people are worked up. I can't be the first you've seen today.

[She shrugs.]

But, I mean, I don't get why people are so surprised about it. If they could bring us here, isn't it normal that they'd have to know a lot about us?

[puffing]

I don't know. Never found myself in a situation like this. Assuming a lot of people haven't. We can assume they know a lot about us, but are we supposed to be okay with that?

[ he's already wrecked shit after a full day of being here. Bigby is just finding a more productive (or less chaotic) way of channeling his energy. ]

I'm not surprised. I'm pissed. There's a difference.
