[Well... probably a lot of bad things. But even if the terrible things Alice remembers experiencing prior to coming here are all false, surviving this place is enough of a crash-course in survival for anyone, she thinks.]
Besides, none of us have actually seen the outside yet. If our memories have been messed with, it's possible things aren't as bad as they seem out there. Or maybe they are, but... it's better to find out for ourselves than let someone tell us what to believe, I think.
