Before we go in there for that sham of a trial, you need to at least put on some clothes that aren't bloody, or you're going to be an easy target for anyone who wants to get someone else killed.

What he's specifically looking for however is whether or not Kei's sword is missing from his body? He remembers Kei making a fuss about his swords and lack of one the first day...this is important to him as a sword ok. ]

[ It was honestly odd how no one came to tell them there was another body? Let me handwave this because we're knee deep in Ace Attorney death scandals. Elizabeth and co did the best they could to gather 'evidence' - Elizabeth even left the camera back in her apartment during all of this. She had just gotten back to the main floor, careful not to aggravate her knees. The other two were gone and she was left slipping her heels back on and looking up right when Bigby saunters his hurt ass in? What the fuck?

He can see the shock on her face as she nearly slides out of one of her heels when she rushes over. The fractured wrist was nearly forgotten about when she hurries over to him with an exclaim of both confusion and anger. ]

[ Because really, she's hovering one hand over his body carefully as she looks between Franziska's corpse and him. ]

[ he wasn't expecting to wake up like this either, okay. Bigby doesn't take to surprises all too well, especially if those surprises involve him. Alfendi's insults are enough for him to shoot a piercing glare towards the man that seemed to have been even more exhausted than the guy who was royally screwed up. if he had the energy, his body would be pinned up against a wall with an arm to his throat.

but he doesn't. it takes everything he's got to even be moving right now, and he's lucky he didn't receive any damage to his legs. Shijima's and Alice's attempts at calming him are (ironically) more peaceful than the other male in their apartment, but that doesn't mean they'll be anymore successful. ]

She'll be going up to the corpse and searching the body. Did Franziska have anything on her at the time of death? Anything missing that should be there (her whip mainly)?]

As for Kei, his feet and toes are all still accounted for and the ankle monitor is still there in one piece. His sword is missing, and due to the amount of blood in and around the area and all the blood Bigby tracked around on his way out, it's difficult to tell if Kei had been moved at any point. ]

Or more seriously, yes, Franziska's foot is totally intact. As for her head, it appears as though she's suffered from blunt force trauma to the head. She's been struck in numerous places, with some blows looking heavier than others. ]

[ he barely even recognizes the fact that it's Elizabeth screaming at him, if only because he was distracted by the whole being lightheaded and intoxicated... thing. Bigby's probably nowhere near as drunk as he wants to be, but it all gets blurred together when he starts having more alcohol in his body than blood.

either way, he doesn't even properly acknowledge her approaching until she starts getting her hand close to his body. he immediately stiffens up from his previous position, acting on instinct to snatch forward and grab her by the wrist. his entire body was on alert, and no amount of drunk or wounded would stop him from acting defensively. his grip on her is tight as he looks down, breathing through his nose in a labored manner. ]

I don't... I don't even know who the fuck that is. [ in reference to Franziska's now motionless body. the second one he's seen this morning. ] I was just coming to help.
