Hm. Well, not a half bad idea, but there's one problem with that - if the sleep we are undergoing has to do with our monitors, which Judy said have multiple functions, then an alarm may not wake us up at all. It's be futile.

However, may I suggest an alternative about knowing movements during the night? There's a certain trick involving a piece of hair or something of the like I once read about.
