No. You're entitled to defend yourself. There's no rules to how you do it, but I suggest being civil and calm. Blowing up and being overly aggressive won't make me think better of you, not when I'm just trying to discuss simple things with you. I was just explaining my point of view is all.

You told me you wanted to look at all possibilities, but I specifically wanted to know what about Leo made you want to go back to him? All he did was relay something he saw between Diva and Charles. Something must have stuck out about it in your mind to recall it during the trial, right? Explaining your thought process is the best way to defend yourself.
