DAY 6 (morning) Complex Population: 27 It's 8AM, and you wake from that deep, dreamless sleep that enforces curfew as always. There's breakfast avaliable in the cafeteria if you want it, as well as meals from 11AM-12PM and 7PM-8PM, but otherwise? The viewing stage is open. It seems that someone was busy during the night. — This post is for the second day as defined in the schedule. but he dips his head a little, as if to offer his sympathies for the loss in sakyou's room. ]

[ The bruises look somewhat oblong in shape. They seem to be the result of one hit across the knees and one across the shoulders, unlike the peppering of blows to Franziska's head. Alvin will be able to see that there is some blood on her hands and head. The bruises on her shoulders and knees are not bleeding, and there is no excessive blood anywhere else.

There's nothing left to find in the rest of the room! ]

[ really, he already knew that her absence meant nothing good. still, actually hearing it is worse. he clenches his fist. it's not that he particularly liked her - he didn't, actually - but someone in their room dying shows him just how vulnerable he is, despite his attempts to be tough and protect the room. ]

Dammit! [ THEIR GENIUS ROOM DEFENSE FAILED?? ] How'd she die? Did they cut her foot off, too?

[ clearly, one of these staff members has super strength!! but he pauses to think, recalling the image of her dead body... along with her wounds. ]

I can't say for sure, but it looked as if she'd been beaten to death. There was blood near her head, and she was bruised in several different areas.

[ which is kind of ironic, given lara and luke and elizabeth and the bat of "good intentions"... revenge killing indeed. ]

That's the strangest thing, actually. Both her feet are still there.

Sakyou nods a little in return though, before standing back upright again.]

Minatsuki was the other person living with us. From what I know, she's yet to be found.

[ when he blurts out minatsuki's name, dazai looks shocked — but it's an entirely different kind of seriousness from when he'd been ready to drag sakyou over to kei's body. because, naturally, minatsuki was one of his candidates to die with? look, he even called her the queen of his heart. ]

So when you woke up, you didn't see Kei or Minatsuki at all?

[ kei is certainly accounted for, but not her. ]

[ in retrospect, he's not sure why he asked. he supposes he just wanted to know. Steve runs a hand through his hair, forehead creased with stress. ]

Then she's totally different from the other two victims. [ the reason for that is obvious enough. ] It must be because she spoke up the other day and got one of their guys killed.

Given how she was during the last trial, I'm not too surprised to see her dead, actually.

[ somehow, she had it coming... even if seeing how she probably suffered on her way to death's door is just, yikes. ]

That's right... Kei was there last night. I know that with certainty since we shared the couch. [It was a struggle.] But I can't be certain that Minatsuki came back that evening... Rather, I didn't see her yesterday, either.

Everyone else who's been targeted so far was so weak that they died. But you were strong enough to survive. ♡

[There's no small amount of admiration in Alice's voice when she makes this observation - Bigby was higher on her list of people she liked than most people in the Complex already, but this has only shot her opinion of him up even higher.

Because successfully weathering an attack and ripping someone's throat out is admirable when you're a maniac like Alice i gUESS.]

Can you think of anyone you might have made an enemy of during either of the last two trials? Well - anyone who's still alive, I mean.

Based on this facility, the reservoir could be anywhere. Electricity is likely involved in moving the water. If the girl is dead, and the killer had been a staff, we won't be able to find a body, I'm assuming. They could have access to places we do not.

[He frowns.] Perhaps we should find something to check inside the fountain again.
