I don't exactly know what it is you'd like us to form opinions about considering the only thing we have to go off of is the missing ankle monitor.

My opinion is that perhaps we need to consider alternatives to the ankle monitor, or try to get into them ourselves. If the theory that they're taking the monitors is correct, then there's something valuable in them. If we found out what that is, perhaps we can narrow it down and stop this before we lose anymore innocent people.
